Category D: Title I schools that were identified for Category C and did not improve

  • Initial identification likely in 2021-2022
  • Identified every three years

Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI)

Category C: Schools (Title I and non-Title I) with one or more student groups performing at or below the performance of all students in the lowest-performing schools.

  • Initial identification in 2018-2019
  • Identified every three years
  • These schools move up to Category D if they are Title I and did not improve

Category E: Schools (Title I and non-Title I) with one or more consistently underperforming student groups

  • Initial identification in 2019-2020
  • Identified every year
