“What Comes Next”? Advancing Student Achievement Through the Work of Instructionally Focused Learning Teams Each participant should bring blank copies of current learning team agenda and minute templates. This workshop will support learning teams (also called professional learning communities) with interactive scenarios as they define the expectation of the team members, analyze data, and scaffold instruction to build individual student proficiency. This workshop will provide a learning team framework and accompanying tools to guide learning team members in their next instructional steps. The framework addresses distributed leadership, supportive conditions, and inquiry and reflective protocols for use in results-focused learning teams. |
