Four-day training on restorative interventions for bullying. Restorative conferences or circles bring together the target of the bullying, the person who has done the bullying, bystanders and other affected parties, including if needed, family members and community members. The restorative intervention is best used within the context of a school-wide primary prevention program emphasizing positive relationships, social emotional learning and bullying prevention. |
