This workshop is tailored for charter schools and small private schools or new employees of charter/private schools, and is designed to assist participants in the essential operation of their school breakfast and lunch programs. The workshop will also serve to familiarize schools that are considering participation in the school lunch or breakfast program with the necessary internal systems needed to meet program regulations.
