Description: |
This workshop will provide participants with a variety of techniques to apply to pre- and post observation conferencing to assist teachers in building capacity. Participants will use current district rubrics to practice observation and coaching skills to connect the observation process with teacher effectiveness. Participants will be able to identify critical features of the teacher observation cycle, apply questioning and listening techniques to observation conferences, and use district rubrics to assist teachers to increase student achievement. |
