The Minnesota Department of Education Food and Nutrition Service requires that Summer Food Service Program sponsors monitor program operations at sponsored sites and communicate changes to sponsor monitoring requirements.

A sponsoring agency will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to correct program violations before being terminated for being seriously deficient. -
