Sponsors may use the Estimated Entitlement Usage Calculator as a tool for the Regular Commodities Preference Surveys.
To use this calculator, sponsors will enter their estimated entitlement in the box in the top left corner. Estimated entitlement can be found on the sponsor’s profile page in the Cyber-Linked Interactive Child Nutrition System (CLiCS 1).
Sponsors will then enter the desired number of cases of U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foods in the corresponding month.
The total amount of entitlement used and the estimated entitlement remaining is calculated at the top of the page. The desired number of cases and total cost of the specific USDA Food is calculated on the right side of the page. The total number of cases desired for delivery each month is calculated at the bottom of the page.
This calculator should be used as a planning tool. Sponsors will still need to survey for USDA Foods in CLiCS 1.
