Whether you are new to USDA’s Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) or a current sponsoring organization looking to renew your annual application requirements, the documents on this page will guide you through the process.

At-Risk Meals for an Organization Not Currently on a USDA Food Program
Organizations that currently are not on another USDA food program like school nutrition or summer food can use this document as a guide to enroll in the CACFP, specific to At-Risk Afterschool Meals.

Organizations that currently participate in USDA’s School Nutrition Program (SNP) can use this document as a guide to enroll in the CACFP, At-Risk Afterschool Meals.

At-Risk Meals for a Current Summer Food Sponsor
Organizations that currently participate in USDA’s Summer Food Service Program can use this document as a guide to enroll in the CACFP, At-Risk Afterschool Meals.

Sponsors of more than one facility where meals are served need to submit the CACFP Multi-Centers Management Plan and budget information in addition to general application documents. Contact us for more information.
