The Early Learning Services Data Reporting System collects annual program report and participant data for Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE), School Readiness, and Early Childhood Health and Development Screening. This reporting is required by Minnesota Statues. Data is collected for accountability for program service delivery, for school district aid payments (ECS) and local ECFE levy determinations. In addition, Minnesota Statutes require school districts to submit bi-annual School Readiness Program Plans to the department in order to receive School Readiness state aid.
Data Reporting Due Dates
The annual program report and questionnaire data must be submitted electronically by July 1 of each year. The School Readiness Program Plan submission deadline is April 1 of every other year. See the School District Listing for School Readiness Program Plan for the schedule for individual data submission. Supporting documents for this system are available on this page.
