Due Process Hearing Officer Statements of Qualification
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 125A.091, subdivision 13; Minnesota Rules 3525.4010; and 34 Code of Federal Regulations, section 300.511(c), the Minnesota Department of Education is required to publish the qualifications of each hearing officer judge.
