AYP Statewide System of Support
The Division of School Support of the Minnesota Department of Education provides a Statewide System of Support (SSOS) that offers technical assistance and program support to Title I schools and districts not making Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP). Assistance may take the form of consultation on improvement plan development, training and coaching pertaining to the elements of school or district improvement plans and the research-based strategies and activities available to increase student achievement.

Continuous Improvement-Action Planning: Under the Minnesota NCLB Flexibility Waiver, Title I schools with a Multiple Measurement rating in the bottom 25 percent (not already identified as a Priority or Focus School) will be identified as a Continuous Improvement School each year. With that designation, these schools are required to develop and implement a school improvement plan for the current school year. This webinar takes the viewer step-by-step through the school improvement planning process. - 42 minutes
