Share your expertise and resources with colleagues from around the state at the annual English as a Second Language (ESL), Bilingual, and Migrant Education Conference on April 29-30, 2010, at the RiverCentre in St. Paul Minnesota. Submit a proposal.  The deadline for the Call for Presentations is January 30, 2010.
